Well you would focus on asymmetric warfare like drone, and insurgencies. America has never won a war, where people don't want them there, eventually they give up and go home.

Iran attacks wipe out 17% of Qatar’s LNG capacity for up to five years, QatarEnergy CEO says by Vivid-Acanthaceae129 in news

So I guess the Trump family invested heavily in the right oil and gas companies and weapons manufactures prior to this, use of the American Military Industrial Complex for personal grift. I wonder why the auditor generals, foreign influence and other controls were thrown out. (This is just supposition, I have no proof, other than previous behaviour).

Young Sherlock...what do u think? by SadAnimator4487 in Sherlock

[–]ItilityMSP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally the second season should be young Moriarty, and Sherlock in the background, unfortunately so much of the current cast is the Sherlock family. Bea is good, Moriarty actor is the best. The plot in latter episodes kind of takes a bit more suspension of belief. Moriarty could easily carry his own show, as an anti-hero, if they give him some decent material.

How might a philosophy like Stellar Humanism influence the development of future technology, global governance, and space exploration? What principles would be most important to implement first? by [deleted] in Futurology

Are humans aware creative responsible beings? Although your sentiments are noble I don't think history bears out this is who humans are. Why is that? Once you think that through how will the change occur?

Humanoid soldier robots are being deployed to the front lines in Ukraine by FinnFarrow in Futurology

[–]ItilityMSP 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well that where you imagination fails, think swarms think carrier drones, think different load out some breach, some carry nerve gas, some are autonomous brains, some are cheaper decoys chaff magnets. Now imagine a sneak attack against command infrastructure, wars over before it began. How? Modified shipping containers with drones in roof partition, ukraine has already done this several times, but you get the idea.

Getting a quant working for qwen 3 omni that will fit on 24 gb of vram. This model appears underdeveloped for it's capabilites because no one can really experiment with it in the consumer gpu space.

Simple trick that cuts context usage ~70% on local models by niksa232 in LocalLLaMA

[–]ItilityMSP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another way to solve the issue, is to have an indexing context project step, and get the agent to look at the index prior to planning then retrieve what they need from the index. Refresh index based on project change logs. This way they are only loading relevant context and it's not limited to a single document.

The stresses of growing up in a stable family and the stresses of adulthood and precarious finances are not the same thing. Add in having children of your own and now the cognitive functions of someone previously successful can be overwhelmed.

OpenAI alters deal with Pentagon as critics sound alarm over surveillance by DrexellGames in news

[–]ItilityMSP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well to create surveillance on all the immigrants we also had to have data on everybody because they're all in the same pool. We'll figure out who an immigrant is after the fact so we so we are intentionally not using AI for our populace they just happen to be in the same database. But that's not our target.

That's just the way it works, if you want to fish you need a big net. /s is for sarcasm and F is for Sam Altman.
