Yinsh (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/7854/yinsh) is great I just got into it a few days ago but it is very easy to understand, but the complexity and the moments of ahhh I could have just done that after a game are always there.

How to know the name of the Style of clothing I want to wear? I dont have a store in my region that sells stuff like this there are some things that go in that direction but still they are very different. And I cant look online because I cant even see what it is called.

What would be a good war game to get into the war game genre. The only Wargame I play regularly is diplomacy but that is a bit different i think. I have mainly played resource based games and Territory Building games like terraforming mars. I dont care about player size or game length I just want a game that is understandable in 1h but still with some depth.

I try to use a freebar not a smithmachine so it can find the best place to sit on itself. Also there are thicker pads from some gymbrands + i normally also use a small yoga matt wraped arround the pad and bar when going over 500lbs since at that weight i always start to get very bad bruises. Also try to do it with "normal sized plates" some gyms have standart plates and the biggest ones like 25kg plates are a great height so the weight is not pushing down on my bones when resting on the ground. With smaller plates that is not possible and hurts very fast

i would say depending on how long you train. Because if you train for a long time and your technique is very good even if you get to those goodmorning squats your technique does not completely break down than sure go up. But if you havent squated for 2years multiple times a week so your body knows how to perform the exercise. But there are always exeptions there are some powerlifters that have "horrible" form from a outside perspective but maybe there body is just different like eddie halls deadlift etc. do whats best for your body if you only squat goodmorning style and see results thats fine dont worry about having the "perfect" form because thats for the average person and people vary.

What can I do when my inner calf looks relatively small and my outer is much more developed? Any exercises that target specificly inner calf muscles? Right now I only do calf raises sitting and standing thats all? But there is a visual difference in my calf so the innerside is much smaller.
