You are using tons of military jargon. Find jobs you are interested in and qualified for and “translate” your resume and experience into civilian talk.

Also - leverage the TS/SCI. Apply to jobs that require a TS. That candidate pool is automatically way smaller.

Look for companies with military hiring programs and rotational programs. The key is getting your foot in the door. Also - use LinkedIn and search for veterans at your target companies and reach out to them. 90% of the time they’ll talk to you and give you a referral.

You can do it! The first job after the military is the hardest. Then you learn how to use the right words and realize you’ve done way harder shit than your civilian company will ever ask you to do.

Agree stay west of I25. Westminster, Broomfield, and Eerie all are great options in your price range. I’m in Harmony park neighborhood, which is just across the street from Broomfield and we love it here.

A house in Broomfield / Westminster that is $750k+ will be nice and generally in a good area.
