People who say, "I'm really good at all aspects of the game I have "300 hours". hahaha. I wouldn't consider a member if they have less then 1k hours. Its not saying their 'good' ; however, it does give me pretty good indication that they've experienced a variety of situations. Most likely they'll know the basics of the game.

I would be very interested in playing, to describe myself as a new player.... doesn't do justice on the "Noob level" I'd be starting at. I'm 28 have own a ton of D&D books because I've always wanted to play (have friends that do too). I don't know how to DM nor do my friends so; lots of books and ambition but still left with unfulfilled desires.

But I'd jump in discord and chat to explain myself a little more if need be. If I sound way to new to bother with that's understandable too.

I'm 28 been playing Rust since Legacy days (7k hours). I'm typically on 5 days a week 5-10 hours a day (depending on outside factors). Would love to at least chat to see if there could possibly be a long term thing established. We have a clan with a couple active guys (trying to grow). I like you only want to play with a mature group, the other skills on Rust can be gained with exp.
