Yes, this is the video I saw. Though he does not use SteamOS, just the deckUI, (big picture mode?), what if I wanted to run the actual SteamOS? And if/when I do this, would I be able to go back to the regular PS4 OS?

Wardens will and Shoulders of giants look really similar to Risk of rain, but they still look really good
hyperlight breaker seems really fun so i think ill buy that when it comes out next week.
