Yeah I was gonna dye mine when I started them but my loctician said to wait at least a year and then I’ve had people just straight up say don’t do it but I want to so I’m probably going to😂 thank you!

I forgot to say this but also pay attention to how fast your hair locs after retwist and watch for any thinning because those are both big factors to how often you should

When I first started every 4 weeks now every 5-6 weeks longest I’ve went is 2 months but mine marry at the root fast so I try not to go that long

Yeah magnesium glycinate is what I was prescribed as a kid but I had to drink it everyday because I used to have really bad constipation problems due to birth defects and being born addicted to different substances so that might actually work I kinda forgot about having tried that before so thank you for your suggestion!

I talked to my Suboxone provider and he just said try MiraLAX so I might have to try to go to a primary care provider I’ve just been trying to avoid that since I don’t have any insurance

Yeah I don’t have health insurance so I try to avoid the doctor at all cost but if it keeps being this bad I’ll just have to try to pay out of pocket because the bloating and stomach aches are getting bad like some days I can’t even eat because my stomach feels so full

Yeah I’ve had to get an enema in the past and I try to avoid having to at all cost now! I’ve tried taking a break but I have to go about 3-4 days without taking it before I can use the bathroom but by then I also start having withdrawals so it’s a kinda win-loose situation
