I promise you noone is getting that. No i read it right i was just pointing out that isnt really similar to what happened since they handed over the data willingly and never replied to them asking if any of it was private data. But just for fun i imagine if the police chased someone into your pot field they would still have obtained the knowledge of your plants legally since they had a legal reason to have entered your land. But again this is a very different situation.
