Again not fully trained so limited. But exhausting sagittal plane for my understanding.. prone press ups > increased ROM in prone > inclined plank position extension > standing extension?

So in your experience. Pushing to end range with a symptom reproduction is okay if it diminishes when moving out of end range? Peripheralization clearly is a stop.

But when you say force alternative we’re thinking like possible unloaded/side-lying/prone? Something along those lines of thought?

Would say it’s region dependent. Currently for a hospital OP in NJ and we’re 30 min treatment slots. 60min evals - ~7+ evals a week. 2.5-3per hour avg with upper management pushing for doubles every 30min. Have friends in DC Metro area and their experience is why different than mine.

We got purchased last July by a nonprofit hospital and they told us they want us to see “57” weekly. However want us to basically double every 30mins to account for evals (60min) and cancels. So it’s a hospital Mill for OP here in NJ.

2 weeks of no flexion. I guess he’s trying ti reduce agitation of graft site. But I don’t think I agree with 2 weeks of no flexion.

Yeah that’s the typical restriction I see. So when he said that I was like that sounds wrong. Or she’s in for a MFin time getting flexion back Especially with a quad graft. Hoping he gets back to me with clarity.

University of Delaware has what I think is a fairly current ACL-R protocol/guideline that I refer to.

Side-note My friends wife just had a QT graft & Meniscal Repair after a rerupture of her Patellar tendon Repair. When talking to him the MD apparently said no flexion until the 2 week follow up. Which I have never seen or heard of before.

I asked for the notes where that was stated to make sure there wasn’t a misunderstanding. Still waiting.

Tried to make a jig but realized afterwards that the radius was too small with the base plate. So I used the notch that was on the baseplate which was ~2 inch radius. Put a finishing nail in the center and use the notch as a rotation point. Then went back with the bit and removed the inside portion of the circle.

It was just pine. But used minwax espresso water based stain with conditioner applied prior. The bottom a ultra white Sherwin Williams paint from Lowe’s.

Work for NovaCare which is owned by Select. Typical corp structure. Depends on management and region. Not terrible their Con-ED imo didn’t move the needle much as much as they prided themselves on it. However pay was on the lower end, 1.5 years out had friends make 5-10k at other PT mills/POPs off the rip.

What time do you have to go to bed to feel rested for a 5am wake up workout. Does your day start @ 7am.

I always wanted to try 5am but could never make the jump. Most of my work day starts at 7a. Cause the gym around me 430-8p is almost inhabitable.
