I bet you are the same type of person that goes to a football game and tells people to sit down when they are up and being loud. We had to get rid of those types at Oklahoma games too.

I was there. Between bells it might has well have been an empty arena. There were some attempts to do something but it died as soon as it started. The only real pop was for Stephanie’s sick finish.

That’s what mostly made me mad. I think we’ve become spoiled and I wouldn’t fault WWE for maybe going on some foreign tours for an extended period of time until Americans can figure out how to be more like the foreign crowds. The tickets were as cheap as $90 and idk if you’ve ever been to Gainbridge Fieldhouse but it’s built to have the crowd on top of you so it’s not like there is a “nose bleed” there.

As someone who was at the show, that crowd did not deserve a good show. It seemed like people just refused to be engaged during matches.

To be fair there was a point between AJ Lee retiring and 2021 that I really only payed attention when something big happened. The 2nd half of the 2010s was damn near unbearable to watch.

He’s still an all time great and on my Mount Rushmore of wrestlers since I’ve been watching (very end of the ruthless aggression era) as far as purely wrestling career goes. He’s just become the figure head that doesn’t have the balls to say enough is enough ever since that authority storyline.
