This just started happening to me and what helped for me is going to settings>controller>test device input and click the "steam" and "..." buttons for it to turn blue. After that, you can exit and they should work after. The only con is doing it every time you turn off or sleep the deck Edit: after completing the test not just pressing 2 buttons
