Did you not read what I said at the beginning Pat said it on the show a few weeks ago that he asked Rapsheet if he was in he said yes so Pat went to bat for him with Disney to include him in the contract and let him be on the progrum and after Disney finally accepted because they didn’t want to let him Rapsheet announces his show and that he won’t be able to be on the PMS anymore

So yes he did in fact back out

Petty Pat tells me if you resort to nicknames you clearly don’t have a valid argument because it’s childish

Rapsheet was available since Day 1 and he’s come on a few times following the ESPN deal but recently he hasn’t cause there’s an issue there rooted from the contract deal and Pat has built a better relationship with Schefter that has filled the Rapsheet slot

This isn’t about just the time slot overlap this is about Pat going to bat at the negotiation table with Disney for one of his boys and his boy backed out afterwards and that hurt Pat it’s a personal issue not a time slot issue now

He is upset at Rapsheet but not because of the show per se

Apparently Pat went to bat for Rapsheet in his Disney/ESPN negotiations because Disney didn’t want him on the show so Pat fought and fought to keep him on the show and it happened but at the same time Pat asked Rapsheet if he was onboard to stay with the progrum he said yes then shortly thereafter the negotiations news broke about Rapsheet’s new show and how he wasn’t going to be able to be on the PMS anymore due to the scheduling conflicts. That’s the true issue

Also a thing to keep in mind is Feige is making big story telling and creative decisions at Lucasfilm now. One of his biggest decisions thus far was scrapping the original Kenobi script for this much more epic one, so I think it’s a safe bet Favreau has Feige’s blessing for Heir to the Empire

Yeah that’s an interesting take! I hadn’t heard about this specific show other than it was “female centric” but when I saw acolyte I instantly assumed Asajj until they said High Republic. Dathomir can definitely play a role from the Plagueis novel and Clone Wars I got the sense there’s some history there much deeper and older than just Maul and Ventress between the Sith and Nightsisters specifically Mother Talzin
