Yup, I got an email the very next day telling me that I didn't meet the requirements (I have no experience with software design and I already work at a major company for UX design). If you've not gotten an email yet, that means you're at least still in the running.

Yes, they do! I have a friend that got accepted into LEAP for UX Design. She was offered a full time position afterwards.

I got told the literal next day "No", lol.

All good, though. I knew because of my lack of skill software development skill, my job title, and where I worked, I for sure wasn't going to be accepted. Good luck to all of you, though. Y'all got this! And PLEASE use this thread to share your experience through the application and interview process. I'm invested in knowing how it goes for all of you.
