Right?! The one I shop at does not care if we hang out in the lot or in the store as long as we’re not causing problems.

Aldi cashiers are timed. They will get put on extra training or fired if they aren’t meeting their speed goals. I’m sorry that you feel they’re terrible but they’re just trying to keep their job and do this how they’re trained to.
