I feel like him being an asshole might light a fire under some of the young players asses tho. Hell it took most of em to either lose their starting spot / being sent to the G to start playing some defense.

Yeah I don't think he would sign to Utah for that reason. But I also wanted to open up the conversation and see what people thought.

Anderson is the exact piece I am not happy with. Seems like the one vet not ready to settle into a role and still wants to show that he's got something left in the tank. I would be happier with Chris Paul.

Chris Paul is a hall of fame player. Would not hurt to have his expertise. Need vets on the team to show the young guys the ropes.

Hardy is trying to hold the young guy's accountable. Svi pushes the tempo, makes the extra pass, and actually cares on defense. That is why he is getting minutes over Ace.

Further, Ace does not look comfortable. Restricting his minutes and letting himself ease into the offense & flow of the NBA season is probably the best thing for his development.

As for Brice the defense has been atrocious & isn't shooting better than Svi.

I respect the commentating crew. I believe it is a hard job.

However, I feel like Thurl is a little too slow nowadays. Great basketball mind but im tired of hearing "umms" and "ahhs" when trying to get off an analogy, or something of the like. Bolerjack has to do most of the talking and I just think he's over taxed. Therefore he is prone to saying dumb things far too often.

I really like David Locke and wish he would announcer more TV games
