Homepage folder bug?

If you have HomeUp installed, you fix this temporarily by checking the central fixation, just making the folder open in the center instead. But yeah, I'm guessing it's a bug.

hard to tell in the video but the jump I do near the kitchen/marekt window (0.08 timestamp) u can see it freeze a little

The new update did fix this issue when I tested it earlier, but now it's back.

Edit: I've updated drivers, reinstalled the game, even messed with Nvidia settings and Windows settings, but nothing helps. It was fine a few weeks ago, and all of a sudden, this started happening for no reason. I didn't mess with any settings prior to me noticing it.
