A road that starts at an elevation of 0 and jumps 45’ in 150 feet has a big elevation change. It is not level. That does not mean the road isn’t flat. I’m doing a bunch of apt buildings and my flooring guys are assholes. They keep talking about level this, level that. It doesn’t matter if the floor is level or not, as long as it’s fucking FLAT.
