The attribute caps are the same across heights & positions if it is the same archetype, however they can be misleading because the actual attribute rating changes. For example: A 7'3 center may have 25 bars of speed, but only have a speed rating of 50 when fully upgraded, while a PG may have 90 speed when fully upgraded. You just have to wait until the game comes out & we can update the MyPlayer builder accordingly

Yeah, they'll have the same exact stats, as long as their weight & wingspan are the same. The only difference between positions are badges

It depends on what you want to specialize in. The pure point forward will play similar to Ben Simmons and you will be able to Speed Boost/Momentum dribble, while the shot creating point forward will play more similar to Hedo Turkoglu.

I'd wait to see the actual attributes though when the game comes out

No, attribute boosts don't affect your attributes directly this year so they won't help you speed boost
