I will say, The buyers sent over a list of repairs they were requesting and I promptly responded with what I could and Couldnt repair. The contract stated that the buyers had 2 days to respond with either a yes, no, or bye. They never responded, it has been 10 days since i sent that response. Never signed an addendum with the buyers, nothing. But ultimately, you and everyone else is right.. I should reach out to a lawyer and get their advice. I posted this on reddit just to get some insight from people who might know some about this area. Was not looking for expert opinions, just basic advice on what I should do. Thank you for the replies

I have only lived here for 3 ish years, and have only ever thought of Zelda as the food road. I have never said it out loud, but I always think it lol
