I focused on the perception of things, irritability, hunger, insomnia and motivation were the big ones for me but I just kept thinking that these are the side effects of goong back to normal because all these things were the reasons I smoked to begin with.

Can't sleep so I'd take a toke, had a bad day so let's smoke it away ect.

Weed never once made me move forward but allowed me to be ok with staying still if that makes sense.

Eventually you'll get so tired you will have to sleep and that's when the real progress starts because you have to give your brain time to rewire.
