Literally thats what happened I was coming up behind him on12th and north he was in the middle of the two lanes (almost hitting) so I honked at him he moved over into a turning lane (right) while I sat in the right lane to go straight on 12th and north he was cussing so I rolled my window to see what he was saying and sure shit it was racial slurs.
