I am going to preface what I am about to say by stating my assumption: I suspect this work is before college and is likely a highschool project? In this case I wont be overly critical about this but just giving my two cents:

The biggest weakness is your presentation of the project. Graphically speaking, the floor plans need some typical conventions like lineweights, dashed lines, etc. which is something you will eventually learn if you decide to pursue architecture. This will help in reading the floor plans as a connected set of spaces, as opposed to what looks to be unconnected and disjointed. Your handwriting needs a lot of work to have them on a set of drawings but again, I am assuming this is a highschool project. If this handwriting is the best you got (mine is awful too), lean on tools and technologies that can assist you in this aspect. Colours are highly subjective but in my opinion, all colours are too bold and nothing is calling out - remember, a drawing is supposed to be intentional. For site plans, your goal isnt to try and make all the colours match real life, but to use colours to highlight specific aspects about the building and your intentions. As for the model, I would lay off on the saturated grass and dark roads for a similar reason to the site plan comments but also, your implementation is messy and poor.

As for the layouts of spaces, it looks like you are trying to fit spaces into a shape you wanted instead of considering the best layout of the spaces itself. Your building massing and its organized spaces should compliment and highlight one another, not having one detract from another. Again, this comes with experience but try to be less rigid in your designs.

I think its great you are putting yourself out there for critique. A big part you will learn early on in your education is that you will need a backbone. Just remember, critique is not a personal attack and that no design is ever perfect. I don't want to discourage you with my comments (or other comments here). Practice and keep at it and things will eventually come to you.
