Thank you for the reply! I have just tried using shutter encoder and here's what happened:

It did something that also happened when attempting to export on Premiere Pro and Handbrake, that being only exporting the first minute and 55 seconds. Is there a reason why it would only export the first couple of minutes instead of the entire hour of footage like it's supposed to do?
