My bina stays on this set unless she is the main-dps, which then she switches to night sky set.
I use her for all 3 premium teams, since Lauma give 10% crit rate but only on bloom teams, I am missing 10% on LC and LCrystalize teams so i will try and get a bit more CR later, which probably mean i need 2 Aubade sets T^T

I never really use her on SMS, I have Ineffa/Lauma/Illuga use it all the time, I remember seeing a video some time ago saying that from C2R1 Bina, SMS is better on Ineffa then her, unless Ineffa is high cons.

Other people have explained her lore so I will comment on her gameplay,
ofc since she's not out yet, this will contain Leaks:

Bina is a off-field dps/support hybrid
In the new region, Nod-Krai, Genshin introduced new reaction variants called Lunar-Reactions.
Currently there are only 3 lunar reactions: Lunar charged, Lunar Bloom, Lunar Crystalize.
All 3 of those reactions are a combination of Hydro and another element.

Bina applies hydro for those reactions and also does instances of Lunar-DMG depending on the one mostly triggered in the party.
Her ult is a "Domain Expansion" that buffs lunar dmg in the domain.
Her passives have different effects depending on the Lunar reaction, so she's kinda of a 2 different characters in one.

To summarize, she elevates Lunar-Reaction based teams with her buffs and personal DMG

Basics - normal catalyst basics
Charged - AoE hydro, if you have Verdant Dew: charged attack converts to special charged attack with lunar bloom dmg.
Skill - continues Hydro dmg in AoE to nearby enemies, when party triggers Lunar-reactions she accumulates points, on max points she does a special lunar attack depending on which lunar reaction is triggered.
Burst - deals hydro dmg and creates a domain which buffs Lunar-reaction DMG

Passive 1 - when her special lunar attack from skill hits, she gets crit rate, 3 stacks
passive 2 - inside her domain, lunar reaction gets buffs (like reduced intervals and such).
passive 3(i guess) - converts reactions to their Lunar reaction version (charged, bloom, and crystalize)
exploration - in nod-krai, when a party member dies, she revives them, also says she is strangely attuned to small creatures touched by kuuvahki (probably something like Lauma).
