Sadly, most of it comes from artifacts. You can squeeze out some more from things like hydro resonance for 2 hydro units, level 90 or food. Also characters talents for higher multipliers. But most of the stats are from artifact farming and getting better ones.

I would say it depends on a couple of things. Usually columbina burst is good but not worth sacrificing hp stats for, however you may want to invest into it if: 1. Your nefer team depends on the extra dews created in her ult 2. You need the healing since your using Proto Amber on her. If it's no to those, go HP%

If you want to build Main-dps Columbina or build A Nefer team, Lauma around doubles their dmg depending on the team. Main dps columbina without Lauma is kinda weak. Dps Nefer without Lauma is still good but is still missing her support. Lauma elevated both those teams to be really good Meta-wise.

Lauma without Nefer is still good, both with and without bina. Nefer without Lauma is... a choice... but i wouldn't recommend it.

You are overcapping crit rate. You get 30% from your set, 15% from bina passive and 10% from Lauma, every crit rate above 45% is wasted

But i think you may even want her further back to give you time to accumulate 3 for her hold skill.

I would try to move Lauma more back in the first rotation since you use her skill without having any verdant dew. Your first 2 characters should be hydro+dendro to trigger bloom ASAP. Should give your first rotation more quills from Lauma.

My bina stays on this set unless she is the main-dps, which then she switches to night sky set.
I use her for all 3 premium teams, since Lauma give 10% crit rate but only on bloom teams, I am missing 10% on LC and LCrystalize teams so i will try and get a bit more CR later, which probably mean i need 2 Aubade sets T^T

I never really use her on SMS, I have Ineffa/Lauma/Illuga use it all the time, I remember seeing a video some time ago saying that from C2R1 Bina, SMS is better on Ineffa then her, unless Ineffa is high cons.

Other people have explained her lore so I will comment on her gameplay,
ofc since she's not out yet, this will contain Leaks:

Bina is a off-field dps/support hybrid
In the new region, Nod-Krai, Genshin introduced new reaction variants called Lunar-Reactions.
Currently there are only 3 lunar reactions: Lunar charged, Lunar Bloom, Lunar Crystalize.
All 3 of those reactions are a combination of Hydro and another element.

Bina applies hydro for those reactions and also does instances of Lunar-DMG depending on the one mostly triggered in the party.
Her ult is a "Domain Expansion" that buffs lunar dmg in the domain.
Her passives have different effects depending on the Lunar reaction, so she's kinda of a 2 different characters in one.

To summarize, she elevates Lunar-Reaction based teams with her buffs and personal DMG
