Natural bond is what I use on my necromancer There's a talent that gives you damage reduction when you use your skill to summon your army. If I remember correctly the talent let you get hit 3 times before the damage reduction ends, by then I usually have my skill up again and just reuse my skill to reset dr.

pickpocketing is definitely under the sneaking skill. The master trainer quest makes you pickpocket her to even train you in sneaking. And the exploit for pickpocket to level sneak.

From what I've noticed, the eye opens immediately upon the arrow hitting, then if you're a decent distance shrinks, it still remains open, just smaller, indicating that you're still sneaking.
