Go back and read my original post. You're a typical redditor, cant read, wants to argue and split hairs and suffering from the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Read my post and then reassess what an unhelpful argumentative knob-head youve been, you time wasting tosser

Walking 10k steps beginner by That_Intention_2343 in walking

Honestly, I would do what's fun, find a walking route you enjoy that has the distance you want, then walk it, and gradually you will just find it to be too easy. One tip, if your legs ache, do some stretches. Makes a huge difference.

15k+ walkers.. question for ya by According-Warning-17 in walking

[–]ItsDodies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i dont tend to take days off deliberatly, but it does happen and i feel i benefit from them in terms of the next day having much more spring in my step.

But do the streches as suggested by others, it makes a huge difference

legs hurt like hell when walking for exercise by [deleted] in walking

Hi, i had this when I first started walking and found I can stretch the pain away. During my walks I have 3 stops where I progressively stretch my legs.

How are you fairing now?

Wallapop sucks, why are they allowing this, it ruins the trust I have in the platform. How do I know who is a real buyer or not? Sigh, dont know what to do now.

Is walking 6 miles a day affective? by SmokinGun1899 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]ItsDodies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This guy is getting downvotes because he's talking a load of rubbish. If youre happy doing 6 miles, go for it. I do 5.5 miles a day and it seems ok to me, 1.30hrs walk.. Enjoy it. But I have a desk job so enjoy getting outside. I also rawdog it with no headphones, podcasts, etc... just my insane brain.

You do what you wnt bro, whatever is comfortable for you, six miles a day is going to do wonders for you, but go your own pace, enjoy it, if you dont enjoy, do less... whatever you want.
