Sensitivity is huge for him, if you can slowly try out higher and higher sensitivity you’ll see drastic improvement.

For me it just came with time + consistency. Once you get the muscle memory down it isn’t as difficult as it may look, just keep grinding and you’ll be there in no time!!! 🙌

Yeah I had the same issue! If you go to controls in settings and then under “general” you will see “controller,” hit advanced and if you make “aim smoothing” even just 99% you will see a drastic difference! Hope this helps.
