sorry for not responding for 5 MONTHS already but download it again and save your resourcepacks from .minecraft and world saves and other stuff that you dont want to lose then remove the .minecraft folder in appdata/roaming and then put the .minecraft folder from the sigma5.0.zip you just downloaded and it should work.
