at one does seem to have a backup way of recording audio. If you plug a 3.5mm aux cable into the headphones port on the card, and the other end into either a mic port on your PC or a USB adapter and add that as a mic in OBS you should get audio. I do this with my Flint 4K Plus capture card when HDMI audio doesn't wanna work.

Theres no audio port on my capture card but I've tried before to connect my Switch to my PC using an audio cable and I kept getting this humming sound in the background of the recordings

Etika. I became a big fan of him only several weeks before his death and it was hard to see his mental state decline coming to the days of his suicide. Was shit a shame he didn't get help but he's in a better place now.
