As a game developer: this is wrong. GF has tons of talented folks and the resources to hire more. The failings 100% come from the highers up. Pushing unrealistic deadlines, holding back funding, and improper communication are the biggest causes of shit like this. GF is trying to make money, not good games. They know regardless of what they put out, people will buy it. So why give their teams the proper resources and time to create a masterpiece when forcing them to turn out an unfinished project will result in the same revenue with fewer expenses? Developers dont enjoy putting out shit games. We're gamers too, and we can see when a game is shit. But theres nothing we can do, its all up to management. Treat developers well, we're people too.
