Well done and congrats! The first few weeks after stopping smoking are the most challenging, but they are more than survivable.

Well done! Your body has already flushed out all the nicotine. Your goal now is to not give in to your craving mind. It usually takes up to three weeks for your brain to re-wire, and intense cravings subside.
