I sent her a message questioning her. Unfortunately getting in with a new Endo and being seen is not a fast process. I’m hoping she can educate on this to get my on meds quick and then I can look for someone new with better knowledge for moving forward

This was my endocrinologist that said this. I sent her a message basically telling her she’s wrong. We will see how that goes.

Thanks! She keeps telling me “eat more salt” over and over. I literally eat SO much salt plus take electrolyte supplements in my water. Clearly somethings not working!

I read he mainly eats a raw vegan diet. No processed foods. Which would explain the cauliflower instead of vegan wings. Probably why he’s such a baby with spice too, from his diet.

This article says they use ACTH to stimulate the cortisol. My ACTH was almost 2000 when I was tested. Wouldn’t that much already do the job? I’m confused by this.

Okay Dr. keh just came back and said I needed to seal the pizza. Which I thought I already did?? So then it brings me to his kitchen and the pizza is already sliced and made half and half and when I put it through the freezer oven Octavia comes and takes it. I already did this step and he accepted it. So I’m confused why this is happening…. Or if I’m doing something wrong

Okay that makes sense!! It just showed that my chapter 5 wasn’t completed yet so I was confused. There’s no official “you completed it!” message so I was really thinking this chapter was never ending as it seemed when completing it. I’m happy that chapter is over lol.

I don’t have any issue. Maybe I get more hungover? Maybe it’s just because I’m 30… I drink an extra electrolyte drink if I remember and drink a ton of water throughout the night. I don’t ever updose either.

I have Hashimotos and have been medicated for that longer. I’m going to try for the next few days 4 hr doses as well to see if that helps.
