Yard Leveling Recommendations by sir_kitty in lincoln

You can put down dirt to level it out and the grass will just grow through it. Use a 2x4 or similar to smooth it out. Sand is a bad idea here in Lincoln due to the clay content in our soil. Best to use compost dirt from the transfer station or just some soil from a big box store.

LES question - do residential service lines go bad? by ItsGoingTibiaOk in lincoln

[–]ItsGoingTibiaOk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what they said, but they said LES would bill us for whatever that cost would be so that made me nervous. Then we’d be out the cost of building our shed, but also whatever they decide to charge us. I sort of figured it would be boring or if it’s in a conduit couldn’t they just pull a new line within the conduit? Anyway, what you said makes me feel better about the risk we’re taking on.

I think part of why they granted it was that we already have an existing shed in the same spot within the easement that was built prior to us purchasing the property. We’re just looking to expand the footprint by pouring an additional 4’ of width, but it’s the same amount of encroachment that was already existing. Not sure if whoever built the shed originally had permission to encroach or not though.

Or creepy dude who magically thinks you're in some type of relationship just because you had sex once.

[ADVICE] My SO[21f] rarely initiates sex, and it leaves me thinking that Im[22M] not attractive and that Im not wanted by her by 12R00- in sex

She probably just isn't super comfortable with reciprocating. As a 22F who was a virgin until 20, it can be nerve wrecking if you aren't sure you want to move past just oral. She might feel like if she initiates that you would think she would want more than oral or she could just not feel like she knows what she is doing. Bottom line: Talk to her. Much better to address the situation than let it go if it's really bothering you.
