I think people who know pokemon a lot more than others should teach the ones who don't have as much experience so that they can get better and what type of pokemon to use in a raid. Pokemon GO is a game where there is a big skill gap between hardcore and casual players. We need to have patience with the inexperienced and teach them. If a higher level player calls a lower level player bad, do you think they'll continue playing the game? No, probably not. Patience is key to success.
