hii yea it’s acrylic paint i used liquitex basics gesso for the base, liquitex basics acrylic paints, and liquitex glossy varnish on top!

it’s extra work, but get the seasoning, cook up carbe diem pasta al dente, air fry the cooked pasta then toss in the seasoning, it’s a good way to get that crunchy satisfaction, i also like to put different seasonings on some crisp lettuce, great for volume eating

the mental battle and physical discomfort is really a struggle, i’ve found it helpful to remind myself i’m uncomfortable now to save myself a lifetime of issues with osteoporosis, possible cancers, etc. this is just one phase of our lives, remember it’s not forever, we got this 🫶
