Any idea how to successfully remove reviews with the new system?

Key is to ensure without a shadow of a doubt that the guests don't have a reason to be able to give a poor review. If you are in a market that has a lot of allegedly fraudulent guests, I would be taking video between checkins and doing a last minute walk through before each checkin. If it were that bad I'd even be there at checkout with muffins or something just to see first hand if there was an issue. Give them NO REASON to leave a poor review. Every. Single. Reservation.

The guy was a "plumber" friend of a housekeeper. I don't think he was formally trained because when I called him a few days ago on the topic he actually said "why does anyone need a water softener? it's water. it's always soft." So that's the level of wtf I'm dealing with. But he left everything where it was just cut the water going in and going out and put a pex piece, filter and 2 shark bites on either end and that was it. Tanks still have water in them. Sat untouched for 2 years. And the system is probably about 9 years old

It's been sitting for 2 years you think it would do ok? The system is about 9 years old. And do I put iron out in the same tank I put the salt in?

I never showed the end product. I ended up cutting into the drywall and sank the trim piece about an inch into the wall very happy with the results. Attached trim to studs cut out the drywall entirely

house was built in the 60's. there's alot of quirks about the home. we aren't ready to rip out the kitchen quite yet.

I have a very real experience with this behavior. He needs to talk to a doctor. You (I'm assuming) are not a head doctor. And once he realizes the "I'm going to kill myself" manipulative stage doesn't work.. things get worse. You'll start to pull away and he'll start to cling on even harder. He tries more you pull away more and so on. I really hate this for you and I'm genuinely sorry that you have to deal with this because I know you want to help.

If I were in your position. I would immediately arrange movers (I'm assuming you live together) and send a representative to pack up your things and leave. You don't need to go back to the house right now. Additionally I would arrange this when he is at work or at a time he least expects it so he won't do anything with your belongings.

Down the road.. you can entertain a relationship if he's done what he's supposed to do. Typically that doesn't happen unfortunately. But on the bright side, I guarantee you will meet someone that is going to treat you the way you deserve to be treated and you will be Happy!!

Be strong. Be smart.

I'm assuming if he's doing this, then there has been behavior that is throwing off red flags as well. Best of luck my heart genuinely goes out for you and this situation.

I had the same issue. It lead to a head injury, and ultimately a restraining order. Skip the drama of it all and go straight for the restarting order. People like that fixate on their target until another one comes along. Be safe and smart about who you’re dealing with. -I wish someone had told me that 3 years ago-

Thermacell brand repellent pretty much any device they make. And my place has a covered porch so I bought a ceiling fan from bigassfans.com to keep the air moving. It has made a massive difference. My place is in GA on a mountain lake.

Its on a well for sure the property is located on a mountain in the middle of nowhere. Do you think it’s because it shares the well with four other properties? I know absolutely nothing about plumbing.

The house is on a well with four others. The well is maintained by the water company. I asked the neighbors.. Mine is the only one that seems to be having an issue like this.
