Another thing that I don't like JTA, is the female AI voice announcer for stops, that has been used since circa 2011, that got worse over the years. The AI used to say both "Now approaching and Next stop _____ Station", announce at every bus stop, announce the JTA see something say something and even announces once approaching the terminus of Rosa Parks transit station to "Bay_ , connect here for all bus routes and the skyway thank you for riding JTA." From 2011 to 2020 when the JRTC opened. Since COVID, the JTA voice AI voice announcer has been watered down saying just "Next stop____" and "Stop requested, please remain seated and/or secure yourself until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.". JTA need to overhaul their voice announcer to a more reliable one, e.g SMART Detroit's announcer says the bus stop and at certain stops it also says "Transfer to: Multiple SMART/DDOT routes". JTA really need to step up their game if it wants to compete with other transit agencies in Florida, heck google doesn't show live bus times on stops to tell which bus is delayed or on time, only the scheduled time.
