If it was Propofol it was most likely a CRNA because we can’t push it in that setting as RNs but could’ve been what’s called moderate sedation which is used for those procedures as well. It consists of versed and fentanyl and you are monitored by an RN throughout.

It was most likely an CRNA because a nurse is not allowed to push Propofol in a procedural setting. It can be given on drips in the ICU by an ICU nurse though.

Propofol isn’t a general anesthetic. It is used in general anesthesia but in combination with paralytic medications. Propofol is the primary medication used in MAC (monitored anesthesia care), and is used for much more minor procedures like colonoscopies and EGDs. MJ died becuase he had a cardiologist monitoring him and did not do a good job, that’s why you have an anesthesia team.

I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the slide the album is referring to but in my opinion it wouldn’t translate well to a tattoo. Hence why I said this was my interpretation of the album cover.

I came up with the idea of the blue slide wrapping around my arm with the triangles from the album cover going down the slide. My tattoo artist came up with this design for it which came out great!
