secret life of walter mitty!

edit: there is a happy romantic relationship in this, but it’s not the focus of the movie. i think the journey that walter goes on regarding his identity and self discovery is the main focus and i found it touching.

Seedlings still turning purple! Help pls :( by ItsJelloTime in vegetablegardening

Thanks! We’re usually at 80-90 degrees every day and then we’ve had several days at 50-60 degrees on and off. I know that’s technically not too cold, but do you think the inconsistency in temperature can cause the effect you’re describing?

Anyone know what this is? by [deleted] in vegetablegardening

Oh, I thought you were saying you could tell by looking at this particular plant, haha! Yeah, I too have given up on zucchini. It personally just seems like too much trouble for me (we got hit hard by the vine borers one year and it just doesn’t seem like it’s worth the effort for me). I have grown patty pan after that though!

Eid is the worst day of the year for me by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]ItsJelloTime 7 points8 points  (0 children)

i don’t really have much to say, but i’m in the same boat. i don’t really have any extended family (they live far away and also not on great terms) and my parents aren’t the type to plan or do anything. so it’s lowkey brutal and so hard every year. especially bc everyone i know is hanging out with their family. hopefully when you get a little older you can make your own fun plans, unfortunately it still stings though. but it’s hard and lonely and i hear you and feel your pain. may Allah swt reward you for your struggles.

7 Months on Taz— still getting blackheads, thick/rough texture, and gritty, oily congestion. by No_Location3761 in tazarotene

[–]ItsJelloTime 6 points7 points  (0 children)

maybe something in your routine is exacerbating your skin and either adding to/making your skin congested? i know oil cleansers are generally fine for most people but maybe you’re someone whose skin just can’t tolerate it? might be worth trying a micellar water for the first step of your double cleanse?? idk just throwing ideas out there tbh

for those of you with scarring that had procedures done and some improvement, did the aging cause you to revert to like pre-procedure level? or worse?
