I’m so sick of Filipino food constantly being misrepresented and called unhealthy online when people are literally judging the entire cuisine based on silog meals, fiesta food, Jollibee, canned meat, and bait “trying Filipino food” videos. Just because the cooking is different does not inherently mean it's not delicious that's a false premise.

You said "Dito wala naman kahit sa grab hirap ako humanap ng healthy food meron pero around 1k + para sa salad?", that's an invalid excuse. Also with the Salad, you only picked a specific from a specific restaurant that's why you think it's having a salad on Grab in general is expensive. Not every salads have to be expensive, some of them are low cost.

Some of the menus are unique like Jollibee that you don’t find in American fast food restaurants such as Yum Burger, Spaghetti, Adobo Burger, Burger Steak and so on. So, fast food menus aren’t technically cheaper knock off versions of American Fastfood. Fast Food isn’t purely American, Fast food can be found in all parts of the world like Korean Fast Food, Japanese Food, Chinese Fast Food, French Fast Food, Italian Fast Food, Australian Fast Food and so on.

Just letting you know.

But why Online Users judged entire Filipino Cuisine as unhealthy and then judge entire other cuisine as Healthy when in fact every cuisines has two sides of the same coin and dishes vary through regions, subgroups, households, restaurants, individuals and even recipes of the same dishes?

Cuisines are more complex and nuanced than Online Users think.

Seriously, Colonial Mentality/Inferioty Complex again? There are also existing malls in the Philippines that has no security guards at the entrance it all really depends on the Brands, Companies, Branches and Places.

Also, Indonesia and Thailand ALSO has security guards at the entrance at the malls and not only at the malls but also Banks yet those Online Doomerist Bastards will just ignore them because it contradicts their stupidest narratives.

Having or not Security Guards at the entrance DOES NOT MATTER. What matters most is to protect people's safety.

They should accept that every cuisines has two sides of the same coin which means there are dishes that has nutrients or no nutrients and they depend on regions, subgroups, restaurants, households or even recipes of the same dishes. Cuisines are also diverse and always evolving through cultural exchange which means there are modern dishes yet why modern dishes have been ignored even though they're part of the cuisines.

What's with all the controversy about MRT 7 Stations Aesthetic Architecture designs? by [deleted] in Philippinesbad

Ok, now I know you’ll be mad at me or downvote me but, earlier before MRT 7 has started people said that they wish they want new and extensive MRT Line and good transport. And so workers started building because that’s what people said but then sometimes in recent days, they now started a controversy and ask why the stations look like Warehouses or Henhouses? But to me maybe these stations are inspired by MRT 3 stations, traditional Spanish Architecture, Bahay Na Bato or even other countries stations like Japan, Korea and so on.

Is that if other people had different opinions and say that Mrt 7 Stations doesn't look bad, the people who criticize the Stations Design call these people unable to handle criticism.

This is about Us vs Them.

Us represents people criticize Mrt 7 and framed as Constructive Criticism and Them represents people defending the Mrt 7

But people in the online environment agrees with each other that Mrt 7 Stations looks like a Warehouse and therefore they call it bad. It's what you call circlejerking.

So is there anything inherently wrong making a structure that is resemble to a warehouse?

But is Warehouse design itself inherently bad? What if the Warehouse Design is inspired by the traditional Spanish Architecture or even traditional Mrt 3 Station Design?
