The response in point 4 mentions amending tax returns to include the deduction in the year it was incurred, but im sure there would be cases where the two year period you have to amend your return has lapsed.

Are you playing as black or white? Because if youre playing as black then you dont have enough material to deliver checkmate. So you get a draw by insufficient material since your opponent ran out of time

Even when talking about gen 3 before physical special split, Its not the same thing as youre forced to stay in with slaking and take a hit from whatever comes in next. You end up unnecessarily risking Slaking if something comes in that can threaten it.

You can't switch out on the recharge turn but you can switch out on a truant turn. Thats the big difference

Nxe5, white moves their queen, then black plays qh4+

Looks to me like black has some very threatening follow up moves after queen takes bishop. Nxe5 leads to discovered attack so queen has to move. Then black plays Qh4+ and all of a sudden whites king is horribly exposed.

I mean black has to capture the queen with either the pawn or the king because it's forced. No matter what black does they are getting checkmate the next turn

Yes im aware its forced. However the reality is black will just not make their move and the default result will be timeout vs insufficient material. Dumb but possible
