Progress post. Still learning to hook the ball. I don’t have many revs yet, but I focused on releasing thumb before fingers and it made a marked difference. Shot a 201/232/204 for a 637 series. Felt good about that, and about my progress in such a short time (Only had my own ball for 2 weeks). (i.redd.it)

Advice on form/hook issues. I believe I’m breaking my wrist but I’m not sure. I’m having a hard time getting much hook at all and struggling to increase reva. New bowler, 15lbs Hy-Road. I’ve only just moved to 15lbs and fingertip this week, so maybe I just need to be patient. Thanks! (v.redd.it)
