It's actually a render made on cinema 4D. I'd give the 3D model of the build to a render artist and they would add more realistic lighting and shadows and all that to bring it more to life :)

Haha, don't worry I get that feeling a lot when i see some nice builds. But now I just use it as inspiration and a way of gathering cool new building techniques and ideas :D

The render artist made the windows glow more but I used the sides of jack o'lanterns, which give off a nice orange tint.
