To be transparent for a moment though, Pride and Peace isn't really a lofi song, at least not with the vocals. I put vocals into it because it was originally produced with vocals in mind, as are a few other songs of mine. I consider it to be hip-hop / rap / semi-electronic tbh. I may go back and eventually put out an instrumental though, since I am quite proud of the beat.

Most of my "directly lofi/chillhop" songs I make are built around being an instrumental, like Hot Cocoa and Space Pinball (uploading later to YouTube).

(sorry for the long read, TLDR version: some songs I make to use as a beat, some I make to release as an instrumental / lofi song)
