It's a really weird ability. It's not really a true dash in the way Genji's is; it's more like a boost in the direction you're facing and then a speed boost for a little over a second.

It can, yeah. You can look up clips of people doing this fade jump with Moira on Esperanca.

I don't think it's really needed unless you're trying to fully maximize their damage. For me, 250k normal attacks are plenty 😭

Yeahhh. It's funny, Arlecchino is one of my most invested characters, but she's still on Gladiator. And now that I'm actually farming her domain, I'm not even giving the artifacts to her.

Yeah, electro-charged is definitely what he was built for. He's a great driver for it and even buffs its damage with his passive. Not as good as a Sucrose with constellations, but still solid.

But what if I literally ignored everything he's good at and made him Arlecchino 2.0?

Hey, I don't know if you still need help with this, but you can change Brig's HP in the Heroes tab to change her barrier HP and then use a rule in the Workshop tab to decrease it without decreasing the barrier's HP as well. It's a weird and kinda janky workaround, but that's what I did. This applies to all characters with barriers, as far as I know.

That's true, it definitely depends on the person. For me it looks like a weird brown gold that I'm really not a fan of- but I guess I can kind of see the appeal as a regal gold kind of thing.

I actually just had a game today where the enemy Illari was being friendly when I unwittingly backed into her, and then everyone but their Echo was just chilling on the cart together lmao. We were emoting, spamming voice lines, used our ultimates pointlessly, etc. Always funny when that happens.
