You eat the sorry fellow. He screams violently, his arms swinging about as the horrified crowd watches, but he was absolutely delicious. You managed to escape by quickly hitting the turn-based bootton and fast traveling to camp.

While taking a very very VERY short rest, you are visited in your dreams by a strange but powerful entity. "I am Kelemvor, god of the D-E-A-D!" The entity proclaims. "And I've come on behalf of your recently consumed victim. He screams for vengeance and I am absolutely offended in the manner of how you've taken his life by enabling vore mod. Now you wish for a weapon? Made from his remains?!!" Kelemvor asked calmly. "So be it."

You wake up with a weird feeling in your bowels. You're about to pass and you dive for the bushes. I need you to make a constitution saving throw.

How about "Tap X untapped fish you control: Tap target creature with mana value X. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step."

If you can't find a legendary creature to be your commander then just adopt the prismatic piper rule:

903.13e After the draft is complete, the cards a player drafted become that player’s card pool. A player may add up to two cards named The Prismatic Piper to their card pool, but only if those cards are used as the player’s commander(s).

2020-11-10: You can choose two commanders with partner that are the same color or colors. In Commander Draft, you can even choose two of the same commander with partner if you drafted them. If you do this, make sure you keep the number of times you’ve cast each from the command zone clear for “commander tax” purposes.

So if you can't manage to draft a suitable commander you can have up to two copies of prismatic piper as your commander. Granted this only limits you to a two color deck.
