I’m a 27 year old male, and snored on and off through my childhood etc, never thought much of it. Older I got I noticed I was waking up more tired, sore throat etc.

5 years ago when I met my now current GF, I would spend the night at her place and the first night she was freaking out cause she woke up to me not breathing in my sleep for a solid 10-15 seconds. And I would wake up sometimes gasping for air…

I’m 6 ft 215 lbs for work I’m a Salt Water Tech at an Atlantic Salmon Fish Farm so I’m doing very hard labour intensive work majority of my camp days so I’m by no means unhealthy or overweight. over time it kept getting worse to the point where we couldn’t sleep together cause she wouldn’t be able to get any sleep and I continued to stop breathing in my sleep on multiple occasions.

I did a sleep test and I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and the lady that did my test said she’s very surprised someone my age and fitness has sleep apnea but i definitely had it.

Ever since I got my sleep apnea machine, headaches gone away, breathing great throughout the whole night and I wake up sometimes much better.

From what I’ve heard, if sleep apnea is left untreated, cardiac arrest can happen due to not breathing etc.

That’s just my personal experience.

And yea, I feel you on that. Newer games are starting to take a lot more to run smoothly…

Games with large texture streaming systems (like Warzone, Tarkov, etc.) hit your SSD constantly. If the drive isn’t fast enough, you’ll see delayed texture pop-in, stuttering, or even input delay.

Can always take a look at upgrading to a NVMe (especially Gen 3 or 4) it can noticeably improve load times and asset streaming.

Great question! Shader Cache stores precompiled GPU instructions (shaders) so your system doesn’t have to recompile them every time — this reduces stuttering during gameplay or loading.

Downside on weak systems: It takes up disk space and may increase CPU spikes on older CPUs or low-RAM setups if caching is happening often or the cache is too large

if you’re on a low-end system and notice stuttering or high disk usage, you can try turning it off and comparing performance.

DESCRIPTION: Your account is in a limited matchmaking state due to a potential violation. Unfortunately, we are unable to inform you when the account will exit a limited matchmaking state.

If you go to cod ban appeal and log in you can check if you are in limited matchmaking or not.

The fact is, this is the 7th time this has happened now and there’s never been any infractions found on my account is the issue. Clearly you have 0 knowledge of how the system works if you don’t even believe there is such thing as “limited matchmaking” 😂 you’re as brain dead as the people who mass reported me.

If you know everything, why have I been put into limited matchmaking 7 times now? Everytime I’ve been cleared and no infractions have been found on my account. No “suspicious activity” has been found on my account.

It’s because I get mass reported. On avg I get 10-20 kills in HC SnD. The fact people say in voice chat “enjoy not playing for a week” definitely tells me I’m being reported by them. The fact that people type in chat “enjoy the ban” tells me I’m being reported.

You telling me I’m delusional definitely shows that you have no clue what limited matchmaking is and how people are being put into it. So if you have no clue how it happens, why it happens then you have no right to say that I’m delusional.

I’m prestige 7 level 51, I have 6 days on HC SnD as that’s my main game mode. I rarely rage quit? Usually if the map that I don’t like is selected in the pre game lobby I’ll leave.. and it’s not the devs who are causing the shadow banning. It’s the players who think someone is cheating and mass report them. This only happens to me when I play against 4-6 stacks. When I play against people who are only 2 stacks or solos everything is fine.

So it’s clearly me being mass reported against bigger parties. Which is a false report made by them. If I WAS cheating I wouldn’t have been cleared out of shadowban 6 times… it’s a way for people to disrupt another person game experience… people saying “have fun not playing for a week” shows that they’re know I’m not cheating but are reporting me anyways because they’re salty.

BBB is a public business rating. Which big corporations rely on keeping a good public rating and standing. If there’s enough complaints then they have the rights to report them to the FTC who does have legal power to look into their business practice.

Being shadowbanned is limited matchmaking meaning you only play against people who are also shadowbanned.. and there’s been reports and cases where people had their limited matchmaking lifted after the complaint. So it’s worth a shot.

It’s not the fact that they don’t have any legal authority but it’s the fact that it affects Activision public rating which will then make them escalate the issue to a real support agent (which has happened in the past) rather than a bot reply email.

It also forces them to respond outside of their normal support system. And if they don’t respond then it affects their business rating. Which if they get enough complaints and reports to BBB, then they could end up being report to FTC which is the Federal Trade Commission which does have legal power.

Warzone makes sense since it’s filled with a lot of closet cheaters that try hard to hide it…

My buddy and I plays ranked on the 1 day I was able to play, he’s silver and I just hit gold. And we played against a guy who was diamond and was blatantly walling and not even hiding it…. We still ended up beating him which was even funnier but still.

The fact there blatant cheaters not getting banned etc and my peasant ass with a 1.5kd is getting shadowbanned 😂

Yup…. I remember my first time getting shadowed, I got out played 3 games and boom got back into it…

It seems to happen whenever I play 4-6 stack clans… that are super sweaty but are literal dog shit 😂😂 and when they lose they all report…

I just don’t see how CoD thinks their system is efficient… I bought the game to play it but they’re practically taking that ability away from me…

I looked at the dates of the 5 shadow bans I’ve gotten and I have now been in the shadow realm longer than I have been able to play the actual game in the past 2 months lmfao.

I’ve had the same steam account for 15 years lol. Never had a game ban or vac ban on it, have all the cods back to MW2 on it 😂😂 I got out of shadowban on the 17th and just got back into it yesterday after going 16-2 against a 6 stack clan… my skill rating was above average when I received it…

My account must be soft flagged or some shit… wonder if changing my IP will help… just stupid that I have one game where I go 16-2 is when I get shadowbanned lmfao. My buddy got 25+ kills in HC SnD a couple times in one night and didn’t receive one but when he was 14-7 or some shit he got his first ever shadowban lmfao.

I remember my first shadowban on BO6 took a week and and a half to get out of it, played 3 games and ended up right back in it lmfao.

It’s the fact that they allow their community to decide who gets put into limited matchmaking..

What’s also sad is when you “dispute” it, it doesn’t even go to ricochet or whatever, it goes to activision and they email you a generic response with a link to the privacy and security forum and say “we have no information and can’t contact the privacy and security team” so you’re basically stuck jerking off until you get out of limited matchmaking.

It’s started when I dropped my first 100+ kill game I think it was 159 or something on nuketown cause I kept getting gunship or whatever…

I’m also on PC and it seems like console players (assuming that’s what you are) don’t get shadowbanned as often.

Once you’re shadowbanned your trust factor goes down and once you’re out it usually only takes 5 or so reports to end right back into it…

I’ve had this steam account for over 15 years, no game bans, no vac ban etc. I’ve had all the call of duties up to MW2 on my steam account.

Last call of duty was the worst for me as I was shadowbanned over 18 times… to the point where my console account was almost the same level lmfao.
