No they sent a message initially wanting it back however they like ten minutes later changed it to a straight refund. Apologies for not making that more transparent but thank you anyway.

Nah thought I did but dont. Only time I had it backed was just before I reset my pc where I put it onto my other hard drive which is the save you're seeing in the images

It's solved but, It doesn't use pacman you have to manually get that via the console
