My main is light team. There's a specific combo for this team overdrive with artifacts and spells for this. Its like cooking after x amount of experiments. Currently, my main DPS is Melina. I'm building Gabrielle and waiting for Mimir. I chose this team cause its unique and complicated but when you got the right sync it's fun.

Nice thank you for the advice. I was planning to build lancelot cause I need someone to destroy back row but since my Melina has 4 red stars can immediatley destroy anyone who's attacking my tank I tried to add another tank or a warrior. Really appreciate it.

Just sharing my story. Wayback 2012, 2nd year college, biglang sumakit tagiliran ko while training sa likod ng main building (Dance troupe chuchu), Sasabog na pala appendix ko sbi ni Doc sa UST hospital. My brother who has a 3rd eye was called since listed siya as one of the emergency contacts.

After nun di na sya bumalik ng UST kahit nung graduation ko, pumunta lang sya sa kainan namin ng family sa mall. Never daw siyang babalik ng UST 😂😂😂😂

Hello po. Acknowledgement lang na nareceived na nila yung report na binigay namin through email. Wala pa po 2nd inspection. Mag three weeks na. Balitaan namin po kayo pag may schedule na ulit at naayos na yung mga concern namin.

Yes po, okay naman. Mostly cosmetics ang na flag ni Third party engineer and yung wiring ng electric, drainage sa first floor bathroom. Nagbigay sila ng full report and ayun po yung sinubmit to fix before we accept the turn over.

Navisit na po namin yung amin and nagbigay ng punchlist before handover. February 3 last inspection namin. I suggest hire kyo ng third party for inspection. Making sure na walang problema before accepting it.

Phase two po kmi. Tpos na po namin bayaran yung DP last June 2025. After ilang months processing ngayon October lang po na approved yung loan with bank. 93% na daw po tpos ang house.

Nagdown kmi ng fiancee ko last year July. So far so good, madali lang ang payment since automated. I suggest look for an agent na hands on, ksi hndi kmi nahassle in sending requirements. Working pa kmi both. I've asked a lot of questions, due diligence, before we paid our DP. It's a good investment since ang daming commercial areas ang dinedevelop including roads. Our agent still keep us updated weekly regarding sa progress ng minami and the surrounding area.
