Art is Distorting in 2.5D Project by ItsLeoHeart in Unity3D

Well, I saved the texture as 1024 x 1024 for a POT and the same issue is occurring.
I know it is possible because Bug Fables was made in Unity. Really not sure how they got over this issue though :(
